At Elite Custom Home Builders, LLC, we take pride in the fact that most of our business originates from word-of-mouth referrals. As a family-run company, we enjoy working with customers to create their dream home or remodeling project … and we are often invited to housewarming and holiday parties as a result!
We work primarily in Carroll County and surrounding areas such as Baltimore, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery counties, and Southern Pennsylvania. We specialize in new home construction, additions, major renovations, finished basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and garages. We work with quality subcontractors and suppliers who share our desire to provide superior service to our customers!
Our success comes from attention to detail, our use of superior materials, and close working relationships with our customers. Some examples of our high quality work are:
- All framing is stacked to reduce settlement.
- The subfloor is always screwed and glued to help prevent squeaks.
- Drywall is perimeter nailed, screwed, and glued in the center to help prevent shrinkage and nail pops.
- Double closet doors are always used instead of lower-quality bi-folds.
We always keep in mind that we are building someone’s home … not just a house.
